Master Healing Circle Terms & Conditions
In group sessions, Tammy Waldron of Towanda Wellbeing LLC provides intuitive, energy-based facilitation designed to support personal growth, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual development.
Tammy works in an integrative and intuitive manner, drawing from a range of modalities and frameworks, which may include but are not limited to:
Silent Counselling® facilitation techniques
ThetaHealing® facilitation techniques
Somatic and nervous system–based regulation practices
Muscle testing and energetic assessment tools
Human Design system insights
Gene Keys contemplative frameworks
Trauma-informed and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspectives
Sessions are intuitively guided and individualized to the needs of each group. Tammy may move fluidly between modalities in response to the group’s stated goals, emotional state, or energetic presentation.

THE PRACTITIONER DOES NOT DIAGNOSE CONDITIONS, PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS, OR INTERFERE WITH THE TREATMENT OF A LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION.
Voluntary Participation: Participation in energy healing sessions is voluntary and based on the client's personal investigation and knowledge of the nature of services.
No Guarantees
THE PRACTITIONER MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RESULTS OF THE ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ENERGY HEALING VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON, AND OUTCOMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
Emotional Responses During Sessions
DURING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE HEALING CIRCLE, YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO INFORMATION OR SITUATIONS THAT TRIGGER DEEP OR OTHERWISE UNRESOLVED EMOTIONAL RESPONSES. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ARE AGREEING AND CONFIRMING TO THE PRACTITIONER THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DO SO AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE, AND WILL REMAIN AT ALL TIMES, PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING YOUR OWN EMOTIONAL STATE. YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE PRACTITIONER LIABLE FOR ANY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS EXPERIENCED AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION, AND THE PRACTITIONER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO END YOUR PARTICIPATION WHERE THERE ARE CONCERNS AS TO YOUR SUITABILITY TO PARTICIPATE SAFELY.
You may turn off your camera, step away, or leave the session at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for their own health and wellbeing. Clients shall continue any medical treatments they are currently undergoing and consult with their healthcare providers before making any changes to their treatment plans.
Assumption of Risk and Release
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATION IN A GROUP HEALING CIRCLE CARRIES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL RELEASE, PHYSICAL SENSATION, FATIGUE, TEMPORARY DISCOMFORT, AND THE SURFACING OF PREVIOUSLY UNRESOLVED MATERIAL. YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE PRACTITIONER FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE HEALING CIRCLE. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM WILLFUL OR WANTON MISCONDUCT.
Eligibility
By participating, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are legally capable of entering into this binding agreement, and that all information you provide to the Practitioner is true and accurate.
Registration and Payment
The fee for the Master Healing Circle ("the Fee") is set out at the time of registration. Your registration is a conditional offer which the Practitioner may choose to accept. Time for payment of the Fee shall be of the essence, and payment shall be made without deduction, set off, or any form of withholding except as required by law. Your place in the session is reserved only once the Practitioner has received full payment of the Fee.
The Master Healing Circle is a one-time event. Registration and payment entitle you to attend the single scheduled session for which you registered, and to nothing further.
No Refunds
THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. BY REGISTERING AND COMPLETING PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING NON-ATTENDANCE, LATE ARRIVAL, EARLY DEPARTURE, OR A DECISION NOT TO PARTICIPATE ONCE THE SESSION HAS BEGUN.
You agree and acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to any form of credit, deduction, or make-up session for any non-attendance or partial attendance on your part.
Transfer to Another Event
If you are unable to attend the session for which you have registered, you may request that your payment be transferred to another scheduled Master Healing Circle. Any such request must be made by email to support@towandawellbeing.com and must be received no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session you are unable to attend. Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be considered.
ALL TRANSFER REQUESTS ARE GRANTED AT THE PRACTITIONER'S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. A TRANSFER IS NOT A RIGHT, AND THE SUBMISSION OF A TIMELY REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A TRANSFER WILL BE GRANTED.
Where a transfer is granted, it may be applied to one future session only. A transfer may not be exchanged for a refund, credit, or cash value, and may not be assigned or transferred to another person.
Session Start Time and Late Arrival
The Healing Circle begins promptly at the scheduled start time. The session opens with a period of introductions among participants and the setting of the group intention. This opening is part of the session and prepares the energetic container for the work that follows.
You are asked to join the session no later than five minutes before the scheduled start time so that you are present from the beginning.
ONCE THE ENERGY HEALING PORTION OF THE SESSION HAS BEGUN, IT CANNOT BE INTERRUPTED. NO PARTICIPANT WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER THAT POINT. ADMISSION WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SESSION, AND ANY PARTICIPANT WAITING TO JOIN AT THAT TIME WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
THE PRACTITIONER DETERMINES, IN THE PRACTITIONER'S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, WHEN THE ENERGY HEALING PORTION OF THE SESSION HAS BEGUN AND WHEN ADMISSION IS CLOSED.
If you are not admitted because you arrived after admission closed, you will be treated as having not attended. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, AND LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER EVENT UNDER THE TRANSFER TO ANOTHER EVENT SECTION ABOVE.
Changes or Cancellation by the Practitioner
The Practitioner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Master Healing Circle. Where the Practitioner cancels a session, and no alternative date is offered or accepted, your payment for that session will be refunded in full. Where the Practitioner reschedules a session, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled date, and if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you may request a transfer or a refund of that payment.
If the Practitioner is unable to attend a session, the Practitioner will make all reasonable attempts to provide as much notice as possible.
The Practitioner reserves the right to change the Fee at any time. Any change will not affect the price where payment has already been made.
Concerns and Payment Disputes
In the event you have any concerns, you agree to let the Practitioner know by email to support@towandawellbeing.com and to allow a reasonable amount of time to investigate and resolve your concerns before you take any further action. For the purposes of these Terms, further action includes stopping payment or making any chargeback or similar claim.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
When the client discloses confidential information to the group, we agree not to communicate or disclose it, make it available to others, or use it for our own purposes without your consent, unless provided for in these Terms.
Where Practitioner discloses confidential information to the client/group, or where it is disclosed by a client during the session, the client agrees that the confidential information belongs solely and exclusively to the person disclosing it, and that you will not:
disclose, communicate, reproduce, or distribute it, or use it for your own benefit, whether personally or commercially, and whether directly or indirectly.
use it for any purposes which are unlawful, would cause harm or distress to another person, or would cause damage to our business or reputation.
Recording and Privacy
No session will be recorded by the Practitioner. All participants are prohibited from recording any part of any session in any format, including audio, video, screen capture, screenshots, and photographs. Participants are further prohibited from capturing or sharing images of any other participant.
IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE RECORDED ANY PART OF A SESSION, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION IMMEDIATELY AND MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM FUTURE SESSIONS.
You are responsible for participating from a location where the session cannot be overheard or observed by anyone who is not a participant, so that the confidentiality of the group is preserved.
Participant Conduct
Your safety and welfare are very important to the Practitioner, whose aim is to create an environment where all participants feel safe and comfortable. To support this, you are asked to be responsible for your own behavior and energy, to conduct yourself in a reasonable and responsible manner throughout the session, and not to act in a manner which may cause offense, distress, or alarm to any other participant.
When interacting with other participants during a session, you agree:
not to share any information, whether expressed to be confidential or not, that is shared by another participant; and
not to capture or share images of any participant, including screenshots, or images that include any participant; and
not to use the session, or any associated private group, for any unlawful purpose; and
not to transmit or make available any content which is defamatory, libelous, obscene, demeaning, threatening, harassing, or which causes offense to another individual, whether intended or not; and
not to disclose personal, confidential, or sensitive information about another person, whether that person is a participant or not.
If at any point you become aware of any inappropriate behavior, comments, or content being shown or displayed by a participant, you agree to notify the Practitioner as soon as possible.
IF, IN THE PRACTITIONER'S ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, YOU HAVE VIOLATED THIS RESPONSIBILITY FOR BEHAVIOR, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION IMMEDIATELY AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND OF ANY FEE.
Image and Testimonial Consent
The Practitioner may wish to capture photographs, images, or screenshots in connection with a session for marketing purposes. Your image will be captured and used only where you have given your express consent, provided separately at registration or in writing. This consent is entirely optional, is not a condition of participation, and may be revoked at any time by emailing support@towandawellbeing.com.
If you choose to provide a testimonial, review, or similar, then by doing so you consent for the Practitioner to exhibit, copy, publish, distribute, and use your testimonial, in part or in full, on the Practitioner's website or any of its pages, its social media sites, and in its advertising, marketing, and email communications. You may amend your consent at any time by emailing support@towandawellbeing.com.
Legal Jurisdiction/Arbitration
In the event a dispute arises in connection with the group session that is incapable of being resolved by mutual consent, the parties agree to submit the matter for binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. All disputes shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRACTITIONER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
SHOULD YOU INCUR DAMAGES DUE TO THE PRACTITIONER'S DEFAULT OR BREACH, THE PRACTITIONER'S ENTIRE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SESSION AT WHICH THE LOSS IS SUSTAINED. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS TERM IS FAIR AND REASONABLE GIVEN THE NATURE OF THIS ARRANGEMENT.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments
The Practitioner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Practitioner's website or otherwise providing notice to clients/group.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are provided to every participant at the time of registration and are accepted by checking the acknowledgment box in the registration form before payment is completed.
BY CHECKING THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT BOX AT REGISTRATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, READ, AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, AND THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS SET OUT ABOVE. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT APPLIES TO THIS DOCUMENT AS A WHOLE, INCLUDING EVERY SECTION IT CONTAINS.
These Terms and Conditions were made available in advance of the Master Healing Circle, with the opportunity to read them and to ask questions before the session began. Each participant was free to decline participation or to leave the session at any time.
BY JOINING AND TAKING PART IN THE HEALING CIRCLE, YOU REAFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, READ, AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS SET OUT ABOVE.
