When Breaking Points Become Turning Points

Turning Inward
What if ground zero moments—yours and those of the people you support—are not just breaking points, but turning points? What shifts when we truly see, hear, and understand the wounds and patterns that brought us here—and begin to heal them?
I’ve had my own ground zero moments. The kind that cracked me open and forced me to face parts of myself I had long avoided. My divorce was one of those moments. It shattered the version of myself I had carefully constructed—the one who tried to be everything for everyone, the one who wore masks to be accepted, the one who believed love had to be earned.
But as I looked deeper, I realized the roots ran further back. My adoption story had shaped how I saw myself, my worth, and my place in the world.
The Silent Burdens I Carried
From the moment I was born, I learned to adapt. I had been separated from my biological mother, placed into the arms of another family, and even as a baby, I absorbed that experience. The unspoken question—Where do I belong?—settled into my bones before I even had words to ask it.

I became skilled at reading the energy of a room, sensing what others needed, and molding myself to fit. I learned to be the good child, the pleasing one. Over time, I turned away from parts of myself that felt inconvenient or too much. I silenced the deeper questions, the longing, the sense of being other.
And I carried those patterns into adulthood.
I built a life where I kept myself busy, successful, and needed—because deep down, I feared that if I wasn’t all of those things, I wouldn’t be enough. I attached my worth to what I could give, how well I could hold things together, how much I could prove my value.
I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until it all came crashing down.

Healing Is Not Just What I Offer—It’s What I Live
When my marriage ended, I could no longer outrun the parts of myself I had long ignored. The loss unraveled the identity I had constructed, forcing me to turn inward and face the beliefs that had been shaping me for years:
❌ You are not worthy.
❌ You are not loved.
❌ You are not enough.
These weren’t conscious beliefs, but they whispered beneath the surface, influencing how I showed up in relationships, in my work, and in my ability to trust myself.
As a wellness practitioner, I guide others in releasing limiting beliefs—but I had to ask myself: Am I truly doing the same? What unseen stories still shape how I lead, how I trust in my gifts, how I allow myself to be seen?
"Mastery is in the reaching, not in the arriving." – Sarah Lewis
"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems." – James Clear
And those systems? They are built on the subconscious beliefs we carry.
True transformation isn’t about arriving at perfection. It’s about deepening, refining, and aligning with truth in real time. It’s about recognizing what’s still holding me back, releasing it, and stepping forward with clarity and trust.
RISE: A Journey Beyond Breakthroughs
This is why I created RISE—a year-long certification for healers and wellness practitioners like me, ready to move beyond personal breakthroughs and into mastery.
I know that the deeper I integrate my healing, the more powerful my work becomes.
Through RISE, I guide others to:
🔹 Clear subconscious blocks to unlock true freedom.
🔹 Facilitate lasting energetic shifts with powerful healing techniques.
🔹 Expand intuitive awareness and trust inner knowing.
🔹 Hold transformative space so clients experience breakthroughs faster.
🔹 Deepen alignment in personal and professional life.
Growth & Expansion: A Ripple Effect
I used to believe healing was about fixing something that was broken. But I’ve come to understand that healing is about reclaiming what was lost, remembering who I truly am, and stepping into that truth—fully and unapologetically.
As I grow and expand, I inevitably meet new upper-limit set points—each one an opportunity to uncover the next layer holding me back or keeping me small. Expansion isn’t about arriving somewhere new; it’s about continuously leaning in, shedding layers, and moving toward greater alignment.

The deeper I embody my healing, the more profound my impact becomes. And as I expand, so does my ability to guide others.
So, I ask myself:
➡ Am I truly showing up as my whole self?
➡ Am I fully stepping into my gifts, or is something still holding me back?
Because mastery isn’t about getting there.
It’s about reaching, evolving, expanding, and choosing to rise—again and again.
✨ Are you ready to RISE into your next level of mastery?
Let’s step forward together.
